Thus, we must enter the names of each area individually in master. To create a location name in location master, follow the instructions mentioned in below images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Warehouse master which is marked in below image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/l1-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4846\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In warehouse\/location master, follow the instruction given in the images.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/1_l2-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4847\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter required input details in available fields. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/l3-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4848\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User can switch the warehouse\/location during login like below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/l4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4849\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stock transfer (send)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#8217;s picture a situation in which the stock unit transfers 10 quantities of soaps from the godown to the selling floor because the selling floor&#8217;s stock isn&#8217;t available. To finish the stock transfer from the godown to the selling floor, follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Stock Transfer (Send) menu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/s8-1024x614.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4850\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press &#8220;New&#8221; and go to detailed view using grid toggle function key.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the required input data in move header tab and press &#8216;save&#8217;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/s1-1024x617.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4851\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead to next screen and Scan the transferring product in product input field or click n search icon to open product info screen to search the products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In product info screen, We can find multiple filters to search products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select specific products after searching and press &#8220;Ctrl+Enter or green tick&#8221; to load the selected products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/1_s2-1024x643.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4852\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the line product is selected, then enter the &#8220;Movement Quantity&#8221; and save the specific line products. Click &#8220;green tick&#8221; to confirm the transaction completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/s6-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4856\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the process is completed, the document status will be changed as &#8220;Completed&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/s7-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4857\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to receive stock which is send from another location ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the stock has been sent from another location (Godown), then in receiving location (Selling floor) the sent stocks will be received through the menu called &#8220;Stock transfer (receive)&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As shown in below image, while log in to the selling floor system the location &#8220;Selling floor&#8221; must be selected in &#8220;Warehouse&#8221; input field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r1-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4858\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to stock transfer(receive).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r2-1-1024x614.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4859\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press &#8220;New&#8221; Enter delivery challon number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DC Date &#8211; Enter delivery challon date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After that press &#8220;Copy Lines Receive&#8221; to view all the received stock document numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r4-1-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4861\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select specific document no in drop down list and click &#8220;green tick&#8221;
