Follow the below mentioned steps to complete stock transfer receive HHT document entry to receive the stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stock transfer Send<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to stock transfer (send) in Jaldi Lifestyle POS and complete the stock transfer (Send) entry like below shown image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note down the document number of completed entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only completed stock transfer (Send) entry can be received in Stock transfer receive entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document status should be &#8220;Completed&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r1-2-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8538\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products should be added and transferred to required location in stock transfer (Send) entry like below shown image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r2-2-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8539\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For &#8220;Mobile department&#8221; products, IMEI codes and Serial numbers should be added to each transferred stocks like below shown image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r3-2-1024x617.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8544\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To know more about stock transfer (Send) process in Jaldi Lifestyle POS, click on this link <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User can also transfer stock using, Stock transfer Send &#8211; HHT menu in HHT web mobile URL interface. To know more about this click on this link <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to receive transferred stock using HHT Web mobile interface ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open HHT web mobile interface URL and login using the respective user credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then go to URL path Logistics Management &gt; Stock Transfer Receive &#8211; HHT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on &#8220;Stock Transfer Receive &#8211; HHT&#8221; menu to open.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r4-2-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8545\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In next screen, press &#8220;New&#8221; function key to create a new stock transfer receive &#8211; HHT document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r5-2-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8546\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Then system will show the screen where user can create a new &#8220;Stock transfer receive HHT&#8221; document entry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r6-2-1024x590.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8547\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To create a new document, enter the following input data under stock receive tab screen,\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DC No &#8211; Enter DC number of stock transfer receive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DC Date &#8211; Enter DC date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description &#8211; Enter description for the current entry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once all the above mentioned input data are filled in screen, then press &#8220;Save&#8221; function key to save the stock receive tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r7-2-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8548\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the stock receive tab screen record is saved, then the function keys called &#8220;Copy Lines Receive&#8221; and &#8220;Edit&#8221; are enabled to click.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on &#8220;Edit&#8221; function key to edit the saved record. DC No, DC date and Description can be edited using &#8220;Edit&#8221; function key.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on &#8220;Copy Lines Receive&#8221; function key to receive the transferred stock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r8-2-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8549\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In copy lines from transfer screen, Click on &#8220;Document No&#8221; drop down field and select required document number like below shown in image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then press &#8220;OK&#8221; to receive transferred stock or press &#8220;cancel&#8221; to abort the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r9-2-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8550\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Then the transferred stock will be received and received product count will be shown like below shown image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r10-2-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8551\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the stock receiving is completed, then &#8220;Copy Lines Receive&#8221; function key will be disabled. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press &#8220;Stock Receive Line&#8221; to view the products details. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r11-2-1024x587.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8552\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The list of received products will be displayed under stock receive line tab like below shown image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then press &#8220;&gt;&#8221; marked arrow symbol to view the details of specific products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r12-3-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8577\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Like below shown image, user can view each received product details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User can only view the product details, user cannot edit or delete the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press &#8220;IMEI\/SerialNo&#8221; to view IMEI code and serial numbers of the received mobile department products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r13-3-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8554\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User can view the IMEI code and serial number of mobile department products like below shown image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press &#8220;&gt;&#8221; symbol to view detailed view of IMEI code and serial number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User can only view the IMEI code and serial number and user cannot edit those details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r14-3-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8555\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To complete the stock transfer receive HHT document, click on &#8220;Complete&#8221; function key which is marked in below image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r15-2-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8556\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Then in process movements screen, press &#8220;OK&#8221; to confirm on entry completion or press &#8220;cancel&#8221; to abort completion process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r16-1-1024x590.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8557\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the stock transfer receive HHT document entry is completed, the documents status will be changed to &#8220;Completed&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note down the completed stock transfer receive HHT document number which is marked in below image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the process completed, use the function keys like &#8220;Edit, New and Print&#8221;
