Then the following &#8220;Online Sales&#8221; feature will help you to do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capture Online sales bill in POS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on POS menu to open sales menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/o1-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5452\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press &#8220;Alt+O: Online Sales&#8221; to take online order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/o2-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5453\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the &#8220;Alt+O: Online Sales&#8221; function key has been pressed, then the respective function key will be highlighted in Red colour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on function key called &#8220;F2: Customer&#8221; to select the specific customer for the sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/o3-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5454\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In customer screen, search the customer using the available search option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then select the specific customer from the filtered customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/o4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5455\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Now in POS screen, Load the orders which is ordered in Online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once all the products are loaded, press function key &#8220;F4: Tender&#8221; to open payment screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/o5-1-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5469\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In showing Payment screen, Select respective Pay mode and updated received amounts and then press &#8220;Alt+Enter&#8221; to complete the bill or press &#8220;Green tick&#8221; mark to complete the bill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the bill has been completed, System will print the sales bill with the text &#8220;Online Sales&#8221; in it.
