Take a look on below instructions to create IBT send document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating new IBT send document<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on  &#8216;Inter branch transfer (Send) HHT&#8217; to add a product for inter branch stock transfer. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/t6-1-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8003\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep the cursor on below marked place and scan scanning code of the product using the HHT device to load the product line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/t7-1-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8004\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User could also select a product using their name or code by manual search.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the value to search in marked place (Note:- Enter @ as a prefix of searching value).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/t8-1-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8005\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After search, in the list of showing products select any one of the specific product to load that product  in product line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press &#8220;Cancel&#8221; to close the product list screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/t9.1-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8006\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After loading the product with MRP, we can change the selected MRP of the product like mentioned in below image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then enter the quantity to send in &#8220;Qty Deduction&#8221; input field and click save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a same way load other products in a screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/t9-1024x590.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8007\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The added products to transfer in screen will show like below image after saving each products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click to &#8220;&gt;&#8221; symbol to view or edit product line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/t11-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8008\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On detailed view of product details, There should be the function keys called &#8220;Edit and Delete&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/t12-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8009\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the edit option is pressed, like below mentioned in image, update a new edited details over the existing details and press &#8220;Save&#8221;
