The saved vendor return entry will be in &#8220;Drafted&#8221; in status in until the entry is completed in Jaldi superstore POS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return-scan in HHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to &#8216;return-scan&#8217; menu in web mobile interface url.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r1-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8138\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r2-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8139\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under &#8220;Return to Vendor&#8221; tab, update below inputs and save.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vendor name &#8211; Select Vendor name for vendor return<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Movement Date &#8211; Select return date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return Bill No &#8211; Enter bill number to return (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return Bill Date &#8211; Enter return bill number date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for Return &#8211; Select specific reason to return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r3-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8141\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the &#8220;Return to Vendor&#8221; tab data is saved, then system will show the functional option &#8220;Return Line&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on that &#8220;Return Line&#8221; option to add products in vendor return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r5-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8143\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press &#8220;New&#8221; to add new products to the vendor return document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r6-1024x587.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8144\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under &#8220;Return Line&#8221; tab, Enter the following input details to add products,\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product name &#8211; Select the product name (Scan Eancode and barcode using the HHT device on product name input field or search product manually with prefix as @)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity &#8211; Enter return Qty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attribute set instance &#8211; Select the batch MRP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UOM &#8211; Select required UOM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locator &#8211; Select Locator name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the required above details were filled, then press &#8220;Save&#8221; functional key to save the record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using sames process, add more number of products to vendor return line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r7-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8145\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>System will show the list of products added to the return line like below shown image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use &#8220;New&#8221; function key to add more products in entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the marked arrow symbol (&gt;) to open specific product&#8217;s detailed view. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r8-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8146\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After saving all the products in return line, go to return to vendor tab and note down the vendor return doc no.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The document status will be in &#8220;Drafted&#8221; in HHT web mobile interface. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To complete the process, user need to proceed the further process in Jaldi superstore POS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r11-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8149\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Jaldi superstore POS path Logistics Management &gt; Return to Vendor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r12-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8150\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There user can find the drafted return scan document from HHT device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select that document number like below shown image and press &#8220;grid toggle&#8221;
