{"id":9448,"date":"2025-06-05T04:51:02","date_gmt":"2025-06-05T04:51:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/?p=9448"},"modified":"2025-06-26T05:01:07","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T05:01:07","slug":"stock-receive-hht-in-jaldi-superstore-pos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/stock-receive-hht-in-jaldi-superstore-pos\/","title":{"rendered":"Stock Receive HHT in iDempiere Retail Superstore POS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Stock receive HHT is the feature screen which is used by user to receive the stock document which is sent to the current location from another location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lets consider the real time scenario, where due to stock damage few products stocks are transferred from one location (Selling floor) to another location (Godown), First the &#8220;Stock transfer HHT&#8221; entry should be completed in &#8220;Selling floor&#8221; location against &#8220;Godown&#8221; like below shown image. Note down the completed stock transfer document number which is marked in below shown image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r15-1-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8331\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the stock transfer HHT entry is completed then proceed the below shown steps to complete the Stock Receive HHT document entry,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to receive stock using HHT which is sent from another location ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open and login HHT web mobile interface URL in HHT device or in web browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now go to the path Logistics Management &gt; Stock Receive &#8211; HHT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r1-1-1024x591.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8316\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under &#8220;Stock Receive&#8221; tab screen, press &#8220;New&#8221; to receive stock transfer document to make new stock receive entry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r2-1-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8317\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under &#8220;Stock Receive&#8221; tab screen, enter the following input data,\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DC No &#8211; Enter stock receiving DC number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DC Date &#8211; Enter DC date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description &#8211; Enter description for the document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From HHT (Check box) &#8211; Select the check box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once all the above required input data were uploaded, press &#8220;Save&#8221; to save the tab screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r4-1-1024x590.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8318\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the data is saved, system will show the function keys like &#8220;Edit &amp; Delete&#8221; like shown in below image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press &#8220;Edit&#8221; to edit the saved details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press &#8220;Delete&#8221; to delete the saved details. To delete the document user should have permission in their user role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r5-1-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8319\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Also once the Stock receive tab is saved, system will enable the function key &#8220;Copy Lines Receive&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on &#8220;Copy Lines Receive&#8221; to receive the stock transfer document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We cannot receive new products other than the stock transferred products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r6-1-1024x587.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8320\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the required document from the &#8220;Document No&#8221; drop down field like shown in below image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then press &#8220;OK&#8221; to proceed further or press &#8220;cancel&#8221; to abort the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r7-1-1024x591.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8321\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Then system will auto fill the transferred products and it&#8217;s qty in stock receive line and show the notification popup message like below shown image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copied count is equal to the number of products received. press &#8220;OK&#8221; to close the popup screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r8-1-1024x586.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8322\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on &#8220;Stock Receive Line&#8221; option to view all the received products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r9-1-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8323\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under &#8220;Stock Receive Line&#8221; user can view all the received products in list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on arrow symbol (&gt;) which is marked in below image to view product details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r10-1-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8324\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Like below shown image user can view the complete details of received products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User cannot edit received product and it&#8217;s details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r11-1-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8325\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go back to &#8220;Stock Receive&#8221; tab screen, click on the &#8220;Complete&#8221; option to complete the stock receive entry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/r12-1-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8326\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once complete button is pressed, system will show the confirmation message like below shown image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click to &#8220;OK&#8221;
