Customer mobile number should be unique and not exceed more than 10 digits. It should be validated in customer screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Valid customer mobile number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Mobile number field must be available in Customer Master<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Validation logic must be configured in the system or form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Mobile number must be mandatory<\/strong> for Retail customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The number must:\n
            \n
          • Contain only digits<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Be exactly 10 digits long<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Start with 6 to 9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Duplicate mobile numbers should be restricted (if configured)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Special characters, spaces, or country codes (+91) should be handled or restricted<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Optionally, use OTP verification<\/strong> to confirm the number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Invalid numbers should not allow saving<\/strong> the customer record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            User Interface<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Step 1:<\/strong> Select ‘Customer’ <\/strong> in Menu-> Business Partner Rules -> Customer<\/strong> or Search Customer in Lookup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Step 2:<\/strong> Customer mobile no. should be valid. It allow users to enter only numeric data and not exceed more than 10 digits..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Step 3:<\/strong> Customer mobile number should be unique not allow to save duplicate mobile number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Step 4:<\/strong> Validate Customer mobile no. only start with 6 – 9 series. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Step 5: <\/strong> Check the customer mobile no starts with 0-5 Series. It doesn’t allow to sync customer mobile to CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
