Business Rule<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n- Inactive customers cannot be used<\/strong> in new transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- System should show a warning or block<\/strong> if user tries to use an inactive customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Reports should allow filtering by Active or Inactive<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If customer is inactive, auto-scheduler, reminders, or SMS<\/strong> must also stop<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Inactive customers are still available for historical reports and audits<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
