{"id":2349,"date":"2023-03-10T12:23:12","date_gmt":"2023-03-10T12:23:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jaldi.store\/?p=2349"},"modified":"2025-07-21T06:06:51","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T06:06:51","slug":"branch-or-outlet-master-in-qsr-pos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/odoo\/foodcourt\/branch-or-outlet-master-in-qsr-pos\/","title":{"rendered":"Branch or Outlet master in QSR POS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Branch master or outlet master is the master where the all the branches or outlet of a single business or franchise business is created and maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the master called &#8220;branch&#8221; in QSR POS, go to that screen to manage a branch or outlet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter branch name in branch name field, then select the business type from the drop down list.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Distribution centre &#8211; Warehouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branch &#8211; Own outlet <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Franchise &#8211; Franchise outlet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warehouse and branch will have the same GST and Warehouse and franchise outlet will have the different GST.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then the enter the fields like phone, email id and address details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After that enter and select the GST details like GST number, GST formula and tax type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once user filled all the details click save to save the data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branch wise bill print profiles designs can be uploaded at POS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Sync<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the branches or outlets created, then the master data which is created in HQ should be synced to all the outlet by outlet wise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items can be created by outlet wise from item master.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every outlet&#8217;s sales data should be updated to HQ reports. So user can see the reports by outlet wise or for all the outlet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every customer which is created in outlet or branch should be synced to HQ and other outlets or branches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple locations can be created and managed in each branches. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item&#8217;s code should be same for all the outlets.
