{"id":2358,"date":"2023-03-13T07:14:58","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T07:14:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jaldi.store\/?p=2358"},"modified":"2026-07-07T07:07:56","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T07:07:56","slug":"tender-master-in-qsr-pos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/odoo\/foodcourt\/tender-master-in-qsr-pos\/","title":{"rendered":"Tender master in QSR POS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tender master is the screen where the required payment type are created and managed in POS billing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There should be the menu called &#8220;tender&#8221; in QSR POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In that tender screen, user can find the existing tenders in list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click &#8220;add tender&#8221; option in the list to add new tender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter &#8220;tender name&#8221; in tender name field and then select the type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available tender types are\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cash , card, coupon and complementary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After that select tender availability from the below options\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>POS &#8211; Created tender will available only in billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online store &#8211; Created tender will available only in online store<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Both &#8211; Created tender will available in both billing and online store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once all the field is filled, press &#8220;save&#8221; function key to save the details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only created and active tender details will be listed in POS sales billing payment screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User can edit and view created tenders by using the &#8220;edit and view&#8221; option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User can inactivate the created tender but user can&#8217;t delete the created tenders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required fields in QSR POS tender master<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Data needed<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>List value<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tender name<\/td><td><\/td><td>Enter tender name<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tender type<\/td><td>Cash, Card, Coupon, Complementary<\/td><td>Select tender type<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tender availability<\/td><td>POS, Online store, Both<\/td><td>Select tender availability<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tender master is the screen where the required payment type are created and managed in POS billing.
