Step 1: Access the Purchase Menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your\u00a0backend with Manager\u00a0privileges<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to Purchase<\/strong>\u200b<\/strong> \u2192 Order<\/strong>\u200b\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Create a Purchase Order (PO)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Click the Create<\/strong>\u200b<\/strong> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Fill in the basic information:\n
        \n
      • Vendor: <\/strong>Choose the <\/strong>vendor\/supplier you\u2019re purchasing from.\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • PO Date:<\/strong>\u00a0Defaults to today; adjust if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Delivery Date: <\/strong>Optional; set if you expect delivery on a specific day.\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Click \u201cAdd a Product\u201d<\/strong> in the Order Lines section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • For each product:\n
          \n
        • Choose the Product<\/strong> (drop down)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Quantity<\/strong>:\u00a0Enter the quantity you want to buy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • MRP: <\/strong>Automatically filled from the product, but can be overridden if needed.\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Basic Cost: <\/strong>Enter the basic cost manually, or allow it to auto-fill from the product\u2019s vendor price list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Mark-up and Mark-down :\u00a0<\/strong>Automatically calculate markup or markdown percentage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3: <\/strong>Purchase Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          1. General Information<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            • Vendor-Related Product Display in Order Line:
              <\/strong>When a vendor is selected, only the products associated with that vendor will appear in the product dropdown on the order lines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Step<\/strong> 1<\/strong> :Open PO -> Requests for Quotation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Step 2<\/strong> : After Click Add a product<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Step 3<\/strong> : Click Confirm the Order<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Step 4<\/strong> : And Click Approve Order<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Step 4: Save the Purchase Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              1. Click Save<\/strong>\u00a0Purchase Order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. You can later click “Confirm Order”<\/strong> to validate and send the purchase order to the vendor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                • Use the duplicate button to quickly create similar\u00a0PO’s<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Import PO\u00a0in bulk via the Import feature<\/li>\n\n\n\n
