Step 1: Access the Purchase Menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your backend with Manager privileges<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to Purchase<\/strong>\u200b<\/strong> \u2192 Order\u200b\u200b<\/strong>\u200b\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Create or Open a Purchase Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Click Create<\/strong> to make a new PO or select an existing one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Basic information:\n
        \n
      • Vendor: <\/strong>Choose the <\/strong>vendor\/supplier you\u2019re purchasing from.\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • PO Date:<\/strong>\u00a0Defaults to today; adjust if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Delivery Date: <\/strong>Optional; set if you expect delivery on a specific day.\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Click \u201cAdd a Product\u201d<\/strong> in the Order Lines section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • For each product:\n
          \n
        • Choose the Product<\/strong> (drop down).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Quantity<\/strong>: Enter the quantity you want to buy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • MRP: <\/strong>Automatically filled from the product, but can be overridden if needed.\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Basic Cost: <\/strong>Enter the basic cost manually, or allow it to auto-fill from the product\u2019s vendor price list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Mark-up and Mark-down : <\/strong>Automatically calculate markup or markdown percentage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3: Receive and Validate Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          After saving the PO and confirming the order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Click Receive Products<\/strong> to access the Incoming Shipment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Enter the Inward Register (IR) Number<\/strong> (this is mandatory).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Review the product quantities received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Validate the Receipt:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Click Validate<\/strong> to confirm receipt of the goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Upon validation:\n
                \n
              • A Lot Number<\/strong> is automatically created using the MRP<\/strong> value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • You can manually edit the lot if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Step<\/strong> 1<\/strong> :Open Order -> Purchase Orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 2 :<\/strong> Click Receive Products<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 3<\/strong> : Validate the Order<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 4: Save the Order, Receive and Validate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                1. Once the vendor delivers the products, click “Receive Products”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. It will open a receipt<\/strong> (incoming shipment) window where you can:\n
                    \n
                  • Click “Validate”<\/strong> to finalise the receipt process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Step 5 : Print GRN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    1. After validating receipt, click Print > Picking Operations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. This serves as your GR<\/strong> document<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      Step 6: View Stock Moves (Audit)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      1. From the validated receipt, go to the Operations<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      2. Check:\n
                          \n
                        • Product<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • From: Vendor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
