Step 1: Access the Purchase Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your\u00a0backend with Manager\u00a0privileges<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to Purchase<\/strong>\u200b<\/strong> \u2192 Order<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Open the confirmed<\/strong> Purchase Order for which you want to generate the bill<\/strong>.\u200b\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Generate the Vendor Bill (GR Bill)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. With the PO open, click on Create Bill<\/strong> (top-left corner).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Basic information:\n
        \n
      • Vendor: <\/strong>Auto-filled from the PO.\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bill Date:<\/strong> Defaults to the current date, but you can modify it.\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Due Date: <\/strong>Automatically calculated based on payment terms (editable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bill amount : <\/strong>Enter the Amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Taxable Amount : <\/strong>Enter the taxable amount for the Bill amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Tax Amount: <\/strong>Enter the tax amount for the bill amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Under the Bill Lines<\/strong>:\n
          \n
        • Product details from the Purchase Order are auto-filled in the GR Bill (fields like MRP<\/strong>, Basic Cost<\/strong>, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click Add a Line<\/strong> to add a service product<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Mark-Up<\/strong> and Mark-Down<\/strong> percentages are calculated automatically and used to update the Basic Cost<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3: Add Additional Costs GR Bill (if applicable)<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          If you have freight, customs, or insurance costs<\/strong> to include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Click “Add a line”\u200b<\/strong> to access the Service Product<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • \u200bEnter the Basic Cost<\/strong> for the Freight Charge Add for the\u00a0Storable Product<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Step<\/strong> 1<\/strong> :Open Order<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Step 3<\/strong> : Add a line (Additional Cost for GR Bill)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Step 4 :  <\/strong>Confirm the Bill<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Step 4: Save the Generate Bill & Additional Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            1. Save the Vendor Bill\n
                \n
              • Click Save<\/strong> to store the draft bill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Bill amount<\/strong>, Taxable amount<\/strong> and Tax amount <\/strong>validations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The bill is now recorded under Invoicing\u00a0\u2192\u00a0Vendor\u00a0\u2192GR Bills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Apply Additional Costs\n
                  \n
                • Create a new landed cost record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Link the related GR Bill and click Confirm GR Bill<\/strong> to finalize and apply additional costs to product valuation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Step 5 : Register Payment For GR Bill<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  • To register payment:\n
                      \n
                    • Click Register Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Choose the Payment Journal<\/strong> (e.g., Bank)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Enter the amount and Payment Date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Click Create Payment<\/strong>\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
