Step 1 : Navigate to POS Dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Point of Sale <\/strong>Module\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Point of Sale \u2192 Dashboard<\/strong> to view all configured POS terminals.\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2 : Select Your POS Terminal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the specific terminal<\/strong> you want to use (e.g., “Terminal – 1”<\/strong>, “Terminal – 2”<\/strong>) to open its session.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Click “New Session”\u200b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Click the “New Session”<\/strong> or “Start Session”<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If cash control<\/strong> is enabled:\n
          \n
        • You\u2019ll be prompted to enter the opening cash balance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Confirm by clicking \u201cOpen Session\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4: POS Screen Opens \u2013 Terminal Login & Cashier Selection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          • The POS screen will open in full-screen mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The system will prompt you to select a cashier<\/strong> from the list of authorized users.\n

            • Click the cashier’s name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Or scan a badge\/barcode<\/strong> to log in (if enabled).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Step 5 : POS session load<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              • Once the POS session is\u00a0logged in:\n

                • Products, Lots, and Pricelists<\/strong> are automatically loaded into the POS interface for immediate use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
