Step 1: Access the Product or Purchase Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your backend with Manager<\/strong> privileges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to:Inventory \u2192 Internal Transfer\u00a0\u00a0\u2192Internal Stock Transfer<\/strong>\u200b\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Create a Product Transfer<\/strong>\u200b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • To set the Routes<\/strong> and Rules<\/strong> in Inventory Configuration<\/strong>:\n
        \n
      • Use Pull<\/strong> and Push<\/strong> actions to define the Rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Create a new Route<\/strong> to transfer products from one location to another\u00a0and select Warehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • \u200bInternal Transfer Form<\/strong>.\n
          \n
        • Select the Contact<\/strong>, and the Scheduled Date <\/strong>defaults to the current date, but you can modify it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Source Location<\/strong> and Destination Location<\/strong> act as Transfer Types<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • This works based on GRN<\/strong> (Goods Receipt Note) and Product Categories<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Under the Lines:<\/strong>\n

          • Products will be listed according to their GRN<\/strong> or assigned Product Category<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Choose<\/strong> Product<\/strong> Category<\/strong> OR GRN<\/strong> and Click on Transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Click the Reference (CHNSF\/INT\/00503<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
