Under the &#8220;Orders&#8221; section, check the box for <strong>Purchase Alternatives<\/strong> and save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create an Initial RFQ<\/strong>: Start by creating a new RFQ for a product. Enter the vendor, product, and quantity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add an Alternative<\/strong>: In the RFQ, go to the <strong>Alternatives<\/strong> tab and click <strong>Create Alternative<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Choose an Alternative Vendor<\/strong>: A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select a different vendor for the same product.
