Their pricing is cost-driven, meaning the selling price is derived directly from the product cost. Lot creation is bypassed during the Goods Receipt (GR) process for these products. Taxation is typically zero-rated, commonly applied to products such as fruits and vegetables and loose staples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Access the Purchase Screen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in as a Purchase screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Purchase user<\/strong> can create and confirm an RFQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Purchase Manager <\/strong>can approve the purchase order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Purchase module<\/strong> in the Dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>New<\/strong> button to create a new RFQ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Choosing the Vendor<\/strong> in Purchase Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Select the vendor<\/strong> from the system list or search for one manually.
