Most retail stores improve their relationship with customers by providing loyalty points,<\/strong> which help motivate customers to make repeat purchases. They also maintain customer loyalty by recording customer information such as name<\/strong> and phone number<\/strong>. Customers can redeem their loyalty points at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding Products to the POS Car<\/strong>t<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Add products<\/strong> to the POS cart in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • By typing the product code (e.g., \/2010058).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • By scanning the lot barcode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • By scanning barcode\/EAN code or multi barcodes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Once added, the product will automatically appear in the POS cart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select Customer in POS Cart<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once the Product is added in the pos cart, choose the customer click the Customer Profile Button<\/strong>. Or using shortcut key ctrl+C<\/strong> to open the Customer page. In the customer screen, screen for a customer using.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Customer Name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Customer Mobile Number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Customer Address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Select the customer<\/strong> to associate with the POS order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Loyalty Points in POS Cart<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Loyalty points are calculated only after selecting the customer<\/strong> in the POS system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The system calculates loyalty points based on the predefined setup<\/strong> (e.g., 0.05 points for every \u20b91 spent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Loyalty points are calculated on the final amount<\/strong> after applying any discounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The earned points will appear on the cart screen as \u201cLoyalty Points Won<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        A customer makes a purchase of \u20b91800 with a 10% discount.\nOriginal Total: \u20b91800\nDiscount: \u20b9180\nFinal Amount: \u20b91620\nPoints Calculation:\nLoyalty Points Earned: \u20b91620 * 0.05 = 81 Points\nThe 81 points will be shown as \u201cLoyalty Points Won\u201d on the POS cart.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n

        Completing the Transaction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Verify all the details in POS Cart<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Then Click Payment<\/strong> Mode and choose the appropriate payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click Validate<\/strong> to complete the transaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Now the bill receipt will be generated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Loyalty Points on the Bill Receipt<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          After payment, the original receipt shows Loyalty Point(s) Earned<\/strong> and Loyalty Point(s) Total<\/strong> for the selected customer. Delivery orders<\/strong> print the loyalty points on both the Customer and Delivery copies.
          Loyalty Points Won<\/strong> are calculated based on the bill amount and are displayed on the receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Loyalty Points on the Customer Screen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          After completing the bill, points are added<\/strong> to the customer\u2019s account. Open the POS customer screen<\/strong>
          displays the current<\/strong> balance loyalty points<\/strong> for all customers. Employees can check balances and update customer information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Loyalty points update for ANU customer First loyalty points shows 243 points. Points added from the current bill: 40 points  update balance is 283 points<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n

          Note: Refunds<\/strong> deduct loyalty points for returns, Exchanges<\/strong> add loyalty points only if the new item costs more.
