Retail store use different type of order types in the POS to help the customers complete their purchase anytime and anywhere. These order types support both in-store<\/strong> and online<\/strong> shopping experiences, ensuring flexibility and convenience for customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose of Different Order Types<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Standard Order: <\/strong>For regular in-store purchases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Online Order:<\/strong> To process orders made through the Online Applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • WhatsApp Order: <\/strong>For orders received via WhatsApp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Each Order type helps organize sales and track ordered efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Adding Products to the POS Cart<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Products can be added to the POS Cart in three ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Type the product code(e.g., \/2010058)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Scan the lot barcode<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • scan any of the multi barcode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Once added, the product appears in the POS Cart automatically. Enter the appropriate qty for the selected products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Selecting Order Type in POS Cart<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      By default, Standard Order is selected in the POS<\/strong> Cart. To Change, select the Billing<\/strong> Type Tab. These options will displayed : Online, Whatsapp, Standard. <\/strong>Choose the appropriate order type as needed. Verify all the details in POS Cart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Standard Order<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Selection of customer is not mandatory. The order can be completed even without selection of customer. Ideal for quick transactions or walk-in sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Online and Whatsapp Order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Customer section is mandatory for online<\/strong> and whatsapp<\/strong> order. If a customer is not selected, the system will alert: Customer is required <\/strong>for order type when validate is clicked in payment screen. A valid address must be provided for the customer. Delivery date must be entered before completing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Now the bill receipt will be generated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • For Online Orders, the label Online appears at the bottom of the bill receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • For WhatsApp<\/strong> Orders, the label WhatsApp<\/strong> appears at the bottom of the bill receipts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
