Loyalty points are rewards or credits given to customers<\/strong> as part of a loyalty program offered by businesses. These points are earned by customers based on their behavior, typically through the purchase of products or services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To Configure the Loyalty Points, go to Sales<\/strong> \u2192 Select Products<\/strong> \u2192 Discount & Loyalty.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create a Loyalty Points<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the + New<\/strong> button to create a Loyalty Points<\/em> entry. Specify the name in the Program<\/strong> field (e.g., \u201cLoyalty Points\u201d<\/strong>). Set the Start Date<\/strong> (e.g., 01\/07\/2025). Set the End Date<\/strong>, which determines how long the loyalty points can be used (e.g., 01\/07\/2027).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Name, Start Date, end Date are mandatory<\/strong> fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the loyalty points and the start and end dates are configured, select Loyalty Card<\/strong> as the
Program Type<\/strong>. After selecting the Loyalty Card, the Points Unit<\/strong> field will be filled automatically, and the
Show Points Unit<\/strong> option will be enabled automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the other configurations in the Loyalty Cards<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The company details and POS details can be modified, but these fields are not mandatory. In Other Configurations<\/strong>, options are available to enable and adjust the company details.
Under Available On<\/strong>, both checkboxes are enabled by default; the Sales<\/strong> or Point of Sale<\/strong> options can be disabled if required. Loyalty points can also be configured to be usable only on specific POS terminals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setting Up Conditional Rules & Promotion Rewards<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the Rules & Rewards<\/strong> Section, In the Conditional Rules,<\/strong> Select the rule.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Enter 1<\/strong> in the Minimum Quantity<\/strong> field (in POS, the rule is applied when at least one product is purchased)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enter 0<\/strong> in the Minimum Purchase<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enter 0.05<\/strong> in the Grant Point<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In the Rewards section,<\/strong> Select the rule.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Set the Redemption <\/strong>typefor reward field, and set the [00010] REDEMPTION<\/strong> Product for the discount product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter the value as 1 <\/strong>in exchange of <\/strong>field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter the value as 0.10 <\/strong>in Maximum Redemption per Point <\/strong>field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Save The Promotion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      After configuring all the promotion details, click the Save button to store the promotion settings. The promotion will now be available in the Point of Sale (POS) for use.
