Once inside, navigate to the <strong>Configuration<\/strong> menu. Under the <strong>Warehouse Management<\/strong> section, you will find an option labeled <strong>Return Reason<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking this option will open a list displaying all existing return reasons currently configured in the system.
