A GR Bill<\/strong> is generated successfully by referencing the Goods Receipt<\/strong>. Users must ensure that a GR Bill can only be created after the corresponding Goods Receipt has been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To create a new RFQ, open the Purchase<\/strong> module from the Dashboard and click the \u201cNew\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchase Order Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Select the vendor<\/strong> from the Vendor field and choose the product from the Product field. After saving the order, the PO reference ID is generated automatically. Finally, click Confirm Order<\/strong> to place the purchase order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Validate the GR to Proceed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click Receive Product<\/strong> and you will be automatically redirected to the GR page. Enter the required Inward Register Number and save it. After saving, click the Validate<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entering Vendor Bill Number and Amounts into the GR Bill<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click GR Bill<\/strong> to be automatically redirected to the GR Bill screen. Enter the Vendor Bill Number in the Bill Number field, then enter the bill amount, taxable amount, and tax amount in their respective fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Click on the Print<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    In the Bill details<\/strong>, the Vendor Address<\/strong>, Shipping Address<\/strong>, Bill Number<\/strong>, and Bill Date<\/strong> (displayed on the top right corner) are shown. It also includes the name of the person who created the PO<\/strong>, creation date<\/strong>, Purchase Order Number<\/strong>, and Purchase Order Date<\/strong>. Additionally, the product details<\/strong> such as product name<\/strong>, HSN Code<\/strong>, quantity<\/strong>, basic cost<\/strong>, discount percentage<\/strong>, tax details<\/strong>, and product amount<\/strong> are printed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
