This feature is used after processing additional costs on products, allowing you to generate a clear and well-formatted invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Print the Off Claim Invoice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To begin, go to the Inventory module and navigate to <strong>Operations \u2192 Additional Costs<\/strong>. Here, you can either select an existing additional cost record or create a new one. Once the additional cost process is completed, click the <strong>Settings<\/strong> button, choose <strong>\u201cOff Claim Invoice\u201d<\/strong> to print the document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Printing works only when the Off Claim Invoice has been validated. The title <strong>\u201cOff Claim Invoice\u201d<\/strong> along with the company name appears at the center, making it clear what the document is about. On the top-left corner, you will see the company logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Company and Vendor Address Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the header information, the <strong>company and vendor address details<\/strong> shown here.Below the header information, the <strong>Company Address<\/strong> is shown on the left, including the address and GSTIN. On the right, the <strong>Vendor Address<\/strong> is displayed, showing the supplier\u2019s details such as name, address, mobile number, and GSTIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reference and Claim Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The invoice includes a <strong>reference<\/strong> that shows the Off claim invoice Document No. The <strong>D<\/strong><em><strong>ate<\/strong><\/em> field shows when the claim was made. There is also a <strong>Created By<\/strong> field that indicates which user generated the Off Claim Invoice. These details help track and verify the claim process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Product and Quantity Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the next section, the printout lists all the claimed products. Each <strong>product<\/strong> appears with its HSN code for better identification. The lot number is pulled automatically from the claimed product, ensuring accurate tracking of the exact items involved in the claim. It shows the <strong>Quantity<\/strong> of each product to apply Additional Cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cost Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The invoice also displays the value-related details for each product. It shows the <strong>Original Value<\/strong> before the claim, the <strong>New Value<\/strong> after adjustments, and the <strong>Additional Cost<\/strong> applied during the process.
