It tracks every loyalty point transaction\u2014whether earned, redeemed, or adjusted\u2014and provides transparency into customer loyalty activity over time. It helps audit and validate point movements for individual customers, supports customer service teams in resolving loyalty point inquiries, and enables performance analysis of loyalty programs through historical trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Main Menu \u2192 Point of Sale<\/strong>, Click on Reporting \u2192 Advanced Reports, Select Loyalty Points History Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Default Grouping<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By default, data<\/strong> is grouped by customer to neatly organize loyalty transactions. Clicking the arrow expands the group to display detailed transactions for that customer, making it easier to review each customer\u2019s point history without mixing records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Search in <\/strong>Loyalty Points History<\/strong> Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The search bar allows users to quickly find records in the report by searching across different fields, such as Order Ref\u2014the reference number associated with a specific order and Customer, which represents the customer\u2019s name. Search suggestions help users select the right field more efficiently, making it faster and easier to locate loyalty records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quick Search in Loyalty Points History Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Date<\/strong>: Allows users to search records within a specific date range using two input fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • From Date<\/strong>: View loyalty point records starting from a specific date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To Date<\/strong>: View loyalty point records up to a specific end date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Customer<\/strong>: Find loyalty point history for a particular customer using a partial or full name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Using Quick Search<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Click Search<\/strong> to generate results based on selected filter. You can apply one or more filters<\/strong> at the same time. If no filters are needed, click the Reset<\/strong> button to clear all selections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Applying Date Filter<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Click the \u25bc (drop down) <\/strong>icon in the search bar. <\/strong>In the Filters<\/strong> section, click the Date<\/strong> dropdown. Users can quickly select from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Applying Custom Filters<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      In Filters, click Add Custom Filter<\/strong>. By default, a rule is already set\u2014click it to view the available filter options. Choose a filter (e.g., Order Ref), select an operation such as is <\/em>equal to<\/em> or contains<\/em>, and then enter or select the desired value. Finally, click Add<\/strong> to apply the filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
