The Inactive Customer reports is Identify customers who have not made a purchase within a specific period and highlight inactive customers to help focus marketing efforts. It help businesses reconnect with and re-engage dormant customers, provides detailed customer information including last purchase date, and allows exporting of reports for marketing and sales planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing the <\/strong>Inactive Customer<\/strong> Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Go to the Main Menu \u2192 Point of Sale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on Reporting \u2192 Advanced Reports<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select Inactive Customer Report<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • By default, the Inactive<\/strong> filter is applied to the report, displaying only inactive customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Search in <\/strong>Inactive Customer<\/strong> Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The search bar provides flexibility by allowing users to search by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Customer<\/strong>: The name of the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mobile<\/strong>: The customer’s mobile number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Quick Search Option: Date Range<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • From Date<\/strong>: It is set to 3 months before the current month by default but can be manually edited by the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To Date<\/strong>: It is not used for filtering, only From Date is evaluated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Filters in <\/strong>Inactive Customer<\/strong> Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Click the \u25bc (dropdown) icon in the search bar, In the Filters section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Inactive<\/strong>: By default, Inactive is selected, showing customers whose last order date is earlier than the “From Date.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Active<\/strong>: To change the filter, select Active, which will display customers whose last order date is on or after the “From Date”.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Using Custom Filters<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          To apply additional filters, click Add Custom Filter<\/strong>, which will open the Custom Filter<\/strong> popup. Click on ID<\/strong> to view the available filters, then choose the filter you want, such as Customer<\/strong> or Last Order Date<\/strong>. Next, select the appropriate operation, for example, is in<\/strong>, <\/strong>=<\/strong>, <\/strong>!=<\/strong>, or <\/strong>contains<\/strong>,<\/strong> and enter or choose the value based on the filter selected. Finally, click Add<\/strong> to apply the custom filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
