3A has a total of 23 transaction attributes. Each attribute is mapped to a GL. Attributes can be added to HQ.
Group of Attributes
3A manages Vendors, Customers, Employees and Shareholders as a BP. Each group will be defined in HQ and synced to branches. Each group is associated with one or more attributes. Every business partner will be mapped to one or more GOA.
Each BP is set up at the branch level.
Manage Partner
3A manages Vendors, Customers, Employees and Shareholders as a Business Partner. Each partner will be mapped to a GOA which in turn mapped to attributes. One Partner will be linked to one or more groups.
