1. What information do we need to start?
Company name, GST/tax details, Services offered (1–5 recommended for demo), one contact for on-boarding, preferred payment gateway and business contact details.
2. What is included in the “Go Live in 10 hours”?
A pre‑configured Odoo instance with demo company, sample SKUs, role accounts (Sales, Finance), key modules enabled (CRM, Sales, Invoice, Website/eCommerce), demo payment configured, and a short admin screencast.
The 10‑hour promise covers delivering a working demo instance for validation — cutover to live production may take longer depending on data migration and custom needs.
3. Do you provide training?
Yes. Training includes short admin walk through and role‑specific screen casts.
4. How is pricing structured?
Pricing is split into three components:
- Odoo licensing (per User),
- TenthPlanet implementation fees, and
- Optional add‑ons (data migration, custom reports, integrations, managed support).
5. Do we need to buy Odoo licenses?
Yes — Odoo licenses are required for Enterprise features.
6. Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. We provide CSV templates and perform mapping and validation checks. Typical migrations cover Contacts, Customers, Services offered.
7. Where will Odoo be hosted?
You can choose: (1) Odoo cloud (recommended for speed of delivery), (2) Your own AWS cloud.
8. Which payment gateways do you support?
Common gateways (Razorpay, PayTM) and others via API or connector. Gateway credentials must be provided by the client for live mode.
9. Do you support WhatsApp/SMS notifications?
Yes. We implement message templates and can integrate with WhatsApp Business API
10. What support do you provide post‑go‑live?
Every delivery includes a post‑launch hypercare window (7 days by default) for triage and fixes. Ongoing support packages (Standard, Advanced) offer different SLAs & response times.
