• Data is retrieved from FTP and processed at the data center server, this is to monitor and manage storage and network performance. IT & Network administrators would like to view the complete configuration detail of a particular storage or network resource which tends to fail or failed. Unable to find when the cross site access happens between primary & secondary storage device.
• View end-to-end topology mapping from virtual machines to disk drives to display showing symptoms and alerts and drill to details of the configuration to act upon quickly to maintain service levels. Analyze resources to identify risks and diagnose root cause to recommend solutions
• Problem detection (performance and capacity anomalies), isolation and remediation actions to ensure service levels. Mapping to enable health and alerts from storage system components, such as storage processors and disks, to appear on affected storage objects, such as LUNs, data stores, and VMs
