MPS (Master Production Schedule) is a module designed to help manufacturers with orders. It automates the scheduling process with the help of existing minimum warehouse rules for ordering.

The Master Production Schedule module manages the production order by automating the planning of the existing minimum warehouse rules, and when an order is added to the MPS, it triggers the order to be used for the purchase at the customer’s request. In the ODOO production process, we must install the module in our DB by installing the routing options for manufacturing and adding the product form.

Master Production Scheduling plays an important role in balancing supply and demand. MPS is used to know the number of articles to be produced, the planned inventory of raw materials, finished products and parts, etc.
