Branch or Outlet master in QSR POS

Branch master or outlet master is the master where the all the branches or outlet of a single business or franchise business is created and maintained.

Business rules

• Go to the master called “branch” in QSR POS, go to that screen to manage a branch or outlet.
• Enter branch name in branch name field, then select the business type from the drop down list.
  • Distribution centre – Warehouse
  • Branch – Own outlet
  • Franchise – Franchise outlet
• Warehouse and branch will have the same GST and Warehouse and franchise outlet will have the different GST.
• Then the enter the fields like phone, email id and address details.
• After that enter and select the GST details like GST number, GST formula and tax type.
• Once user filled all the details click save to save the data.
• Branch wise bill print profiles designs can be uploaded at POS.

Data Sync

• Once the branches or outlets created, then the master data which is created in HQ should be synced to all the outlet by outlet wise.
• Items can be created by outlet wise from item master.
• Every outlet’s sales data should be updated to HQ reports. So user can see the reports by outlet wise or for all the outlet.
• Every customer which is created in outlet or branch should be synced to HQ and other outlets or branches.
• Multiple locations can be created and managed in each branches.
• Item’s code should be same for all the outlets. Not only items category, customer and other master’s code also should be same for all the outlets.
