The steps below guide you through understanding and creating a “Survey” in Odoo18, specifically for gathering customer feedback on manufactured products. This workflow explains how to navigate to the survey module, create a new customer feedback survey, define its type, add questions with various answer options, and configure settings like mandatory answers and time limits.
- Navigate to the Survey Module: From the Odoo web application, go to the “Surveys” module.
- Understand the Purpose of Surveys: Surveys are used to gather customer feedback, for instance, on the “PUF Insulation Panel” manufactured by Bharat India Private Limited. This is particularly useful for products with different models (e.g., HF10, HF8, HF100) or thicknesses.
- Select an Existing Survey (or Create New): The presenter demonstrates by selecting an already created survey titled “PUF Panel Customer Feedback”.
