How to Create Cross-Selling in Odoo18

• Access Product Configuration: Navigate to the Sales or Website module and select the product you want to add cross-selling options to.
• Navigate to the Sales Tab: Inside the product form, click on the Sales tab to access the “Upsell & Cross-Sell” configuration section.
• Add Optional Products: In the Optional Products field, search for and select the items you want to suggest to customers (e.g., suggesting a laptop bag or a mouse when a customer buys a laptop).
• Triggering the Cross-Sell:
  • In Backend Sales: When a salesperson adds the main product to a quotation, a pop-up will appear allowing them to quickly add the suggested optional products to the order.
  • On the eCommerce Website: When a customer adds the item to their cart, a “suggested products” window will appear before they proceed to checkout, encouraging them to add more to their purchase.
• Manage Accessory Products: You can also use the Accessory Products field specifically for the eCommerce shop to show related items at the bottom of the product page or during the cart review stage.
