Replenishment

Replenishment in Odoo allows the system to automatically generate purchase or manufacturing orders based on current stock levels and forecasted demand. This helps in maintaining optimal inventory levels without manual intervention.

Key Features and Configurations:

• Accessing Replenishment: Navigate to Inventory > Operations > Replenishment.
• Minimum and Maximum Stock Levels: You can define a minimum stock level (safety stock) and a maximum stock level. When the inventory falls below the minimum, the system suggests a replenishment order to reach the maximum level.
• Forecasted Demand: The system considers upcoming orders and forecasted sales to determine if replenishment is necessary.
• Replenishment Methods: You can choose between manual or automated replenishment.
  • Manual: Review system suggestions and manually confirm orders.
  • Automated: The system automatically generates and confirms orders based on rules.
• Snoozing Replenishment: If you want to delay a replenishment suggest, you can use the “Snooze” feature for a specific period.
