The steps below guide you through configuring “SMS Delivery Confirmation” in Odoo18. This workflow explains how to enable automatic SMS notifications for customers upon delivery of their orders, ensuring real-time communication and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Navigate to Inventory Settings: From the Odoo web application, go to the “Inventory” module and then to “Settings”.
- Enable SMS Confirmation: Within the settings, scroll down to the “Shipping” section and locate “SMS Confirmation.” Tick the checkbox that says “Send an automatic confirmation SMS Text Message when Delivery Orders are done” and save the changes.
