User Session
The video provides a tutorial on how to manage User Sessions in Odoo18. This feature is important for maintaining account security and controlling access to your Odoo instance.
- Access Your Profile: From the Odoo dashboard, click on your user profile in the top right corner and select “My Profile”.
- Go to Devices: Click on the “Devices” tab to see a list of all devices and browsers where your account is currently logged in.
- Identify Active Sessions: The list will show details such as the operating system, browser, and the last time the session was active.
- Revoke a Session: If you see a session that you don’t recognize or no longer need, click the “Revoke” button next to it.
- Confirm Identity: You will be prompted to enter your password to confirm the action. Once confirmed, the session will be terminated, and the user on that device will be logged out.
