How to Filter, Search and Group the Loyalty Points Report in Odoo POS
Loyalty Points tracks loyalty balances to monitor customer engagement, boosts retention by identifying and rewarding loyal customers, enables marketing based on point usage and activity, flags expiring points to encourage timely redemption, and supports decisions with insights into program performance.
Go to the Main Menu → Point of Sale Click on Reporting → Advanced Reports Select Loyalty Point Report. By default, the Loyalty filter is applied to the report. It shows only records related to customers enrolled in the loyalty program.
Search in Loyalty Point Report
The search bar lets users find records quickly in the report. Users can search by different fields such as:
- Partner: The name of the customer.
- Program: The name of the loyalty program the points belong to.
Search suggestions help select the right field to search in. This makes finding loyalty records faster and easier.

Custom Filters in Loyalty Point Report
To add a custom filter, click the ▼ (dropdown) icon in the search bar and select Add Custom Filter. A Custom Filter popup will appear, allowing you to view the available filters. Choose the filter you want, such as Partner or Points, then select the appropriate operation, for example, is in, =, !=, or contains. Enter or select the value based on the chosen filter, and finally, click Add to apply the custom filter.

Custom Grouping in Loyalty Point Report
To create a custom group, click the ▼ (dropdown) icon in the search bar and select Add Custom Group. A list of group-by fields, such as Created On and Expiration Date, will appear. Choose a field to group your report accordingly.
