Request Standard Response defines reusable reply messages for customer or internal requests. It allows support teams to apply predefined responses instead of rewriting answers, ensuring faster handling, consistent communication, and a professional, uniform response style across the organization.

Creating a Request Standard Response

A Request Standard Response is created as a master record. Each record represents one reusable reply text.

When creating a response:

  • The Name should clearly describe when this response is used
  • The Response Text contains the actual message sent to the requester
  • The response must be Active to be selectable in requests

These responses are not tied to a single user; they are available system-wide based on tenant and organization.

Organizing and Managing Responses

Standard Responses are usually short and focused. They are written in plain language so they can be reused in different situations with minimal editing.

Common examples include:

  • General suggestions
  • Status updates

Responses can be updated at any time, and changes apply immediately to future usage.

  • The user selects a Standard Response
