Grouping the data helps you read and compare information more effectively. When you click the ▼ drop down icon under the Group By section, you will find several grouping options that organize promotion data in different ways.
Grouping by Point of Sale shows how many promotions were applied at each POS terminal. If you group by Product, you can easily see which products were most frequently sold with promotions. Similarly, grouping by Product Category, Product Brand, Division, Department, Category or Subcategory helps you analyze promotional impact from different angles. You can also group by Company to analyze promotional activity across multiple business entities.
You can also group by Order Date, and then select the time period such as month, year or quarter to identify trends over time.

Applying Custom Grouping Options
If you need more grouping options, clicking Add Custom Group shows additional fields that you can use. You can select fields such as Order, User or any other relevant field to structure the report according to your analysis needs.
Once a group is selected, the system instantly arranges the data based on that field, providing a clear and organized view of promotional performance across your POS system.
