How to enable Additional Bonus Points for returning F&V Carry Bags during POS Sales in ADempiere Retail?
Additional Bonus Points are extra loyalty points awarded to a customer returns unused F&V carry bags during billing—beyond the regular loyalty scheme.

What User Can Do
- If Selected the carry bag option they get the additional bonus points,
Pre-Requisite Activities
- Loyalty program must be active and configured in the system.
- Bonus schemes should be defined (product-based, bill-based).
- Customer details (loyalty ID) must be captured at billing.
- Carry bag return policy must be enabled in system settings.
- Separate product code must be available for returnable bags.
- Bag return reason code setup in system
Business Rules
- Only unused and clean bags are accepted for return.
- Carry bags must have been purchased within the same day or within a valid return period.
- Bonus points are awarded only once per applicable scheme.
- Points are non-redeemable immediately—usually redeemable from the next purchase.
User Interface
Step 1: Only for SS, configure the alert Message in the branch screen
Step 2 : Select ‘POS’ in Menu -> POS Management -> POS or Search POS in Lookup.
Step 3 : Search Product using Product Code, Product Name, Barcode
Step 4: Choose the Customer and then Click the OK Button
