How to create stock take documents using import process from HHT 2.0 in Adempiere Retail
Taking the stock counting data scanned in the HHT 2.0 device. And uploading it into the main system (ERP/POS/back-end).So the system can update and process the stock take.

What User Can Do
- Select the stock take session
- Connect HHT 2.0 data to the system
- Import scanned item data
- View and verify imported data
- Identify missing or extra items
- Save and update stock take
Pre-Requisite Activities
- Stock Take Session Must Be Created in the System
- HHT 2.0 Device Must Have Completed Scanning
- HHT 2.0 Must Sync or Export Data
- User Must Have Proper Access Rights
- All Item Barcodes Should Be Mapped Correctly
- All HHT devices used must complete scanning
Business Rules
- Only active stock take sessions can accept imports
- System must validate the HHT session ID / file
- Duplicate imports must not be allowed
- System must generate error log for invalid entries
- System must not allow negative counted quantities
- Partial import can be allowed (based on configuration)
- System must compare counted qty vs system stock
